My dear friend
Shaun is gone. He was one of the people who were closest to me here at Rose Bruford College and it hurts me deeply to lose him. He was one of the people who accepted me right off the bat when I transferred to the ETA and we always enjoyed each others company even though we didn't hang out that much in the first year. As we moved into the second year, our friendship grew and was finally set in stone during our stay in Estonia, where we shared a room with our good friend Dan and spent our days constantly making fun of each other, swearing at one another in the morning and working together outside classes to improve ourselves as performers. He was one of the best students on the ETA, was extremely committed to his work, and would probably have gotten far, had he been given the chance.
The rest of my time here will feel strange without him to studying alongside with, plus all the free time which we would have spent together, and after we graduate I will no doubt find myself wondering how he would be doing if he were alive, and if we'd have gotten the chance to work together professionally.
Shaun, I love you and will miss you always
your friend,
Astthor 'Old Man' Agustsson
